to post office (P.O.) boxes. Although Barnes Paper Company will make every effort to
honor web shipping quotes, all shipping charges quoted via our web site are
estimations only and subject to change. In the event that Barnes Paper Company cannot
honor a shipping quote, we will contact you before shipping your order.
*Barnes Paper Company can also ship using other carriers that may be more cost effective
than UPS. If you wish to inquire about alternate carriers, please call during
normal business hours.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please call to set up shipping for your international order.
RETURNS
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Damaged or missing merchandise
must be noted on the freight bill. Claims should be filed with the carrier.
Please contact customer service for return authorization within 30 days of
invoice date. Merchandise must be in original shipping containers and in
good condition.
